5 star hotel in Anavyssos, Greece. The reconstruction of the hotel's green spaces, with a total area of 16,000 m2, took place in 2008.

This is a professional large green space, with particular requirements as it is located next to the sea. We seeded turf of a mixture of varieties with very good characteristics in density, texture, color and resistance to stress and salinity, since this space is strained by continuous social activities throughout the year.

Around the land, on the north side, a tall hedge was formed leiland trees (Cupressocyparis leylandii) to protect the interior from strong cold northerly winds, while in the eastern and western side, we planted oleanders (Nerium oleander) and various climbing plants. In the remaining green space we created small beds of small and large shrubs, herbs and perennial herbs. Several palms were also planted, while in the south side we placed tamarisk trees (Tamarix sp.). In selected parts of the garden, we created paths from stone blocks.

Across the garden was a fully automated irrigation system was installed using solenoid valves and central controller. Pop-ups were also used for the irrigation of lawn and self-regulating dripping hoses for watering the trees and shrubs.
