Property in Ilia. The construction of the property, area 15,000 m2, started in mid-September 2006 and was completed in mid-November of the same year. The project lasted about two months.

It concerns a large green space with great sunshine throughout the day. This fact led us to seed the lawn using a variety with very good characteristics as far as density, texture and color are concerned.

Around the plot we planted Leilant (Cupressocyparis leylandii) to protect from strong cold winds during winter, while inside the space hills and sloping surfaces were created with large clusters containing small and large shrubs, herbs and perennial herbs. The impressive entrance of the building (right and left of the entrance of the house) was decorated by linear planting cypresses (Cupressus sempervirens), westringias (Westringia fruticosa), eleagnus (Eleagnus ebbingeii) and myrtle (Myrtus communis).

At certain points of the garden we planted pomegranate trees (Punica granatum), arias (Quersus ilex), olives (Olea europea), robinias (Robinia pseudacacia) and ornamental plum trees (Prunus pissardii). Also in the rear part of the estate, a cultivation area was created with fruit and citrus trees. In order to highlight architecturally the the estate, we used materials, such as river pebbles, benches and paths of specific process timber, which were placed in key points of the garden creating a beautiful landscape.

Across the garden we placed a fully automated irrigation system using solenoid valves and a central controller. Pop ups for the irrigation of lawns were used, while self-regulating dripping hoseswere used for watering trees and shrubs.
